About Hybrid Relocation Services, LLC (HRS)

HRS has relocation professionals in all aspects of the relocation
industry available to join the relocation teams of Relocation Management Companies (RMCS) and
companies with in-house relocation programs.

HRS’s unique process allows HRS relocation professionals
to become a part of our client’s teams. All services can be contracted on a temporary or permanent
basis. The HRS Relocation Professional becomes a part of your team and is paid by HRS. HRS invoices
monthly for each professional.
All of our Relocation Professionals have at least thirty years of experience in the United States and
Canadian relocation industry.
HRS is not affiliated with or owned by an attorney or title company

Gail has been an active member of the relocation industry for over thirty years.  She started her career in relocation at Relocation Resources (RRI), in the title, equity and closing department as a Closing Counselor.  RRI created a subsidiary, Relocation Closing Services (RCS) to provide title, equity and closing services to RRI and companies with in-house closing programs.  Gail was promoted to Closing Service Manager, responsible for managing a team of thirty five professionals that provided these services.  

In 1999 Gail and other relocation professionals started Total Relocation Solutions (TRS), an independent company that provided title, equity and closing services to Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) and companies with in-house closing programs.  Gail was responsible for all client contact and the day to day delivery of these services.

Gail has an Associate Degree in Business, and earned her Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation in 1996.  She remains an active member of the Employee Relocation Council.  Gail’s knowledge and leadership ability are key reasons why TRS was a success.

Gail’s commitment to providing excellent service and dedication to her clients prompted her to investigate ways to help RMCs maximize profit and enhance service without adding costs.

Melissa has over 30 years’ experience in the global mobility industry.  In her current role as Vice President for Hybrid Relocation Services, LLC. she assists relocation management companies, real estate companies and others with US and Canadian home sale closing/title and equity services, as well as program design, relationship management, client implementation, supplier management, and staff augmentation services. 

All with an intense focus on customer excellence and increasing the client’s bottom line.
Melissa holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix
and has earned the Certified Relocation Professional® (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).
